As the Director of Public Affairs, Scott Wohl is responsible for managing both government affairs and strategic relations for the Orange County Association of REALTORS®. He is currently the staff liaison to OCAR’s Legislative Committee, RPAC and Green Task Force and is most recently responsible for the establishment of the local YPN chapter. Similarly, Scott is the Chair of the Orange County Chamber of Commerce Young Professional Council.
Scott is a former NYSAR Director and serves on several NAR Committees including: Appraisal Committee, REALTOR® Political Action Committee, Grassroots Strategic Planning Work Group, Association Executives Generational Communications Work Group and the 2010 AEI Advisory Board.
In addition to his duties for the association Scott is both a New York State Certified General Appraiser and Licensed Salesperson and prior to his employment with OCAR served on numerous association committees as well as 2001 Association President.
Outside his REALTOR® activities Scott has served in his local community as a member of the Planning Board, Recreation Commission and was the youngest Mayor in his community’s history. On a more regional scale, Scott has served on numerous planning and housing commissions and most notably as a gubernatorial appointee to the New York State Code Council, which was the body charged with the implementation of a uniform building and fire code for the state.
Besides being a strident proponent of social media and its effectiveness in grassroots advocacy, Scott is a loyal Yankee fan and avid cyclist; frequently riding on behalf of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society to raise both monies and awareness of the disease and its effects.

Cindy Butts, CAE, RCE, is the CEO of the Maine Association of REALTORS, a position she has held for 22 years; and CEO of the Maine Statewide MLS. Prior to moving to Maine, she worked in both the Chicago and DC offices of NAR. Cindy is the 2010 NAR Liaison to Technology; and a past chairman of the NAR Association Executives Committee. She’s a recipient of NAR’s William R. Magel Award of Excellence and the Almon R. Smith Honor Society.

WILLIAM H. LUBLIN has always enjoyed a fine reputation in the real estate industry. Entering the business in 1971 at the age of 21, Bill rapidly gained recognition as one of the best salespeople in the marketplace. From his earliest days he began a career of service to both the community and the industry.
He has served numerous times as a director of the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, President of the Oxford Circle Council and Chairman of the PBR Grievance Professional Standards Committees. In addition Bill served for two years as President of the Northeast Multiple Listing Bureau. In 1996 Bill served as President of the Greater Philadelphia Association of REALTORS®. in 1998 and 2001 as the Professional Standards Chairman of the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®.
Bill has served as a member of the National Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee and Risk Management Committee. He was also appointed to serve on the Interpretations and Procedures Sub-Committee, the Article 10 Standards Revision Working Group, the Commercial Membership Recruitment Group, and was appointed Chair of the NAR Short Sale Workgroup. In addition Bill has received appointments as Vice-Chair of the Professional Standards Forum and the Professional Standards Committee, and finally the appointment to Chair the Committee in 2008, the Association’s Centennial Year. In 2009 Bill serves as the Chair of the Interpretations and Procedures Sub-committee for NAR.
In 1983 Bill opened Lublin Corporation REALTORS® at 7104 Castor Avenue. In just a few years, the company received national recognition for its high level of customer satisfaction. Its successor firm, CENTURY 21 Advantage Gold, has been recognized by both Real Trends Magazine and Real Estate and Relocation magazine as one of the largest real estate firms in the United States since 1998. CENTURY 21 Advantage Gold is currently Philadelphia’s Largest Century 21 firm.
Bill has always placed a great deal of emphasis on professional education and achievement. He is one of the only real estate professionals to earn both the Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) designation and the Certified Residential Specialist designation in only one year! As a Certified Residential Brokerage Manager (CRB), his skills in the field of management are unsurpassed. Bill is also an NAR trained Professional Standards Instructor, a Mediation Trainer, was Certified as a facilitator by Century 21, and is a trained DRS Mediator. He has been a State Certified Instructor in several Real Estate courses, has taught for the Greater Philadelphia Real Estate Board School, and made presentations for Century 21 at their leadership meetings and conventions, the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, New Jersey Association of REALTORS® as well as other local Associations around the country.
Peer recognition is important, and Bill has received numerous awards from professional real estate organizations, including the honor of being inducted into the Greater Philadelphia Association of REALTORS® Hall of Fame, an honor achieved by few of the Association’s members in its history! Bill also serves as a Consultant to the Industry, and was one of the Contributors to the AgentGenius Blog as well as the author of www.movephilly.blogspot.com, www.rereflections.com, www.smminstitute.com/blog . In 2008, Bill founded the Social Media Marketing Institute to help people engage in social media in a safe, responsible, ethical, and effective manner.
Bill was happily married for 33 years to his lovely wife Sheila. His son Hal is CMO of SMMI, and work’s with Bill’s Daughter-In-Law Jennifer in JHM Productions. Bill’s dog Cisco makes the term “a dog’s life” seem absolutely attractive.
