Introducing Brian Copeland

Brian Copeland (@NashvilleBrian) is in the top one percent of REALTORS® in his Nashville, Tennessee market. Brian is the 2010 NAR Technology Advocate Award winner and has served or serves on NAR’s Professional Standards Committee, the Federal Technology Advisory Board, Cultural Diversity Committee and is the 2011 National Young Professionals Network Board Chair. He is an RPAC President’s Circle Crystal R. Brian is on the national board of directors for the Council of Residential Specialists (CRS) and became the emcee for CRS Sellabration in 2010 and will lead the conference again in Orlando in 2011. Locally, Brian has worked on or is on Tennessee’s Government Affairs committee and Nashville’s RPAC (chair), Legislative, Grievance, Affordable Housing (chair) and Convention (chair) committees. Brian is the organizer of REBarcamp Nashville and speaks at more than 40 real estate conferences each year from Hawaii to Calgary. In 2011, Brian’s schedule will take him to over 20 states and three foreign countries, all while still running a consistently producing real estate team. He was his association’s Rookie of the Year in 2005. Brian has appeared on countless reality TV shows including HGTV’s “Goodbuy Badbuy,” “House Hunters,” “The Top 25 Home Buying Tips” and The Learning Channel’s “Flip That House.” On a personal level, Brian serves on the board of directors for the nonprofit Hands On Nashville and is active at his church, where his spouse is the pastor. They live in Nashville’s urban district with ten pounds of Chihuahuas, 40 pounds of Maine Coon cats and Brian’s cousin who is in his sophomore at a Nashville college.
