Lou Nimkoff, CCIM, CPM, Principal, Brio Companies, Winter Park, Florida Lou Nimkoff is a Principal at the Brio Companies, a Winter Park, Florida-based real estate investment group. He has been active in commercial real estate since 1983, and a real estate broker in Florida for over fifteen years.
