Three great ways to plan your schedule at Midyear

Attending the Midyear Meetings? Yes there’s an app for that. There are three easy ways to plan your schedule and integrate your personal calendar into your mobile device.

1. The Event Planner

Visit the Meetings Schedule page on the Midyear Meetings website to set up your Event Planner with your unique username. Forgotten your username? Email ConvInfo@REALTORS.org and we’ll help you out.

Then, just add the events you’re attending to your schedule by checking the link under each meeting. You can also add your own personal meetings to the Event Planner.

Next, download the NAR Midyear mobile app.  When you open the app, click on the gear in the upper left corner. Log into your Event Planner using the same credentials you entered online.

Pros: Any changes to meeting times or room locations will automatically update in the NAR Midyear mobile app. You can also reuse the same username each year.
Cons: Requires a few minutes of advanced planning to set up your schedule online.

2. Sync to your default calendar (like MS Outlook)

Visit the Meetings Schedule page and click on the link under each meeting to “Add this Event to your Calendar (your default calendar i.e., Outlook).

Pros:  Integrates into your existing calendar on your mobile device.
Cons: Any changes to meeting times or room locations will not automatically update in your calendar. Also requires you to check your calendar outside of the NAR Midyear mobile app.

3. Schedule directly in the NAR Midyear mobile app.

Just open the “Meetings” icon and select your meetings using the “star” mark next to each event.

Pros: Great for last-minute schedulers.  Any changes to meeting times or room locations will automatically update the NAR Midyear mobile app.
Cons: We couldn’t find any!
