Move Inc. Update
Move Inc. CEO announced that Realtor.com will add a link to the brokers website on all of our listings. What a great addition to the site!! They have a new graphic identity, and a fun marketing campaign and new spokesperson, Elizabeth Banks.

Interview w/ HUD Secretary, Julian Castro
President Chris Polychron introduced Secretary of HUD, Julian Castro. Former San Antonio Mayor says his favorite program is CDBG. His nickname for HUD is the Department of Opportunity. According to Secretary Castro, the most important current issue is access to credit. Homeownership has always been central to the American dream.

Time to change our thinking. Prevention is essential. We must find the strength to continue looking inward and reach out to the community to keep us safe. Police & REALTORS® must work together to strengthen our communities. A $25,000 check was presented to the police officer memorial fund. Beverly Carter’s family was introduced. Her son spoke eloquently and shared their families wish and prayer that we would be safe and prosperous.

Proud mom of three awesome kids, a REALTOR® and community volunteer, Michelle was recently elected to the Francis Howell School District Board of Education. She started STL Buy & Sell, REALTORS® in 2006 and has grown the company to more than 30 agents serving the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan Area. Michelle contributes her company's success to her community and industry involvement. Michelle is an elected member of the MARIS (MLS) Board of Directors and serves as the St. Charles County Association of REALTORS® President-Elect. Lover of social media and technology, Michelle enjoys educating real estate agents and the broader community on diversity, affordable housing, real estate technology and general business development strategies. She has served on the National Association of REALTORS® Consumer Communication, Diversity and Housing Opportunity Committees. Michelle has served on the Missouri REALTORS® Board of Directors, YPN Advisory Board, Grievance, Risk Management, Diversity and Strategic Planning Committees. As an involved member of the Women's Council of REALTORS®, Michelle was 2014 Local Chapter President and has been appointed to various local & state governing board positions.
