Game changers sessions encouraged WCR members to think out of the box and move out of their comfort zones. This round robin session included 4 speakers with 30 minute presentations. Each speaker provided game changing tools to help real estate agents redefine their chapters, businesses and communities. The speakers included:
- Christine Jahnke gave an intense talk on how we present ourselves as speakers. Whether in front of one client, two clients or 500 people, how you present yourself can make or break your business. Always communicate with a synchronized message, be yourself and no matter what be confident in what you are presenting.
- Pili Meyer presented a talk on the “Emotions behind our negotiations”. We will always bring emotions to a purchase and sale of a home. Make sure you are aware of your emotions and your client’s emotions. Pili provided a great example when working with sellers before listing their home: Start with the positive, then discuss the negative and go back to the positive. Always end with the positive when working with a client.
- Nobu Hata gave an explosive presentation! He made our brains hurt with “The nuts and bolts of real estate video marketing”. If you think you can’t create a video, think again. Ask a college student seeking to be a videographer, recruit your kids or just hire a professional. Video is changing the playing field for real estate. Jump on board today!
- Joseph Rand helped agents re-focus their businesses to be the hyper-local specialist. Focus on your community, get involved with local events, share community driven content. It’s not all about you. It’s about your clients and the people in your communities.
