Leadership Is a Journey

I’ve been attending the Mid-Year meetings since 2006 as an emerging leader with the Women’s Council and I am very excited to be here this year as 2016 president-elect for the Portland Metropolitan Association of REALTORS®, as well as director for our National Association representing Oregon REALTORS®. I appreciated hearing the successes and challenges that other associations are experiencing and look forward to bringing these ideas back to strengthen our organization so that we can provide more value to our members.

From speaking with our Oregon representatives about protecting private property rights, to learning about how to find out of the box solutions to affordable housing, to voting on our 2017 first vice president of the national association it was a very productive week. The work that was done here was game changing and I am truly honored to serve our members at the local, state, and national levels.
