The number one reason for coming to the Legislative Meeting is to advocate for our industry and give back to better it for those yet to come, but we all are also here to learn and come back to our marketplaces with new business ideas and strategies.
One of my favorite “gives” that NAR does is the REach® program. I just got done listening to this year’s class give their pitch. Two in particular caught my attention as companies that could help me help my clients and therefore grow my business!
The first is called https://www.centriqhome.com/realtors. They have an app that REALTORS® can gift their clients access to collect digital data on their home for future reference in case of theft, repairs, improvements, and more. Best of all it brands the REALTOR® keeping you top of mind!
The second is https://www.relola.com/homebase/real-estate-agents. It allows any REALTOR® to tour homes in their marketplace and write about them to become the local expert. I see this as an invaluable tool for new REALTORS® who don’t yet have an inventory of listings. Let’s face it, we all have our favorite neighborhoods that we either live in or do a lot of business in. I see Relola as a great tool to prove oneself as THE LOCAL EXPERT.
The weather is amazing this week, the information even better, and the tools we all will bring back home is the icing on the cake!
