Fair Housing Commemoration Reception

I was fortunate enough to have been one of ten REALTOR® members from across the country appointed last year by President Elizabeth Mendenhall to the Fair Housing Commemorative Task Force whose charge was to deliberate ideas on how NAR would celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Fair Housing Act in 2018. It was so awesome to see those ideas finally come to life. Last night, a ticketed reception was given to members who signed up until the tickets ran out. The event was sold out in a matter of days. It was a beautiful reception. Every REALTOR® should be proud that NAR is taking such an active role in affirmatively furthering fair housing and do their part in ensuring there is equal housing opportunity for all.
